To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging. Opened or partially used products cannot be returned for safety reasons. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or an error occurred in fulfillment. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
